Love your Animals with All your Heart

Let me start by saying that I don’t use the term “pet” often to refer to members of the family who are animals. To me, using the word “pet” to identify your animals implies material ownership, just like owning a car. I consider animals to be full members of the family.

By thinking and talking about your animals as members of the family, you treat them like family members. Animals are indeed far different from human beings, but I believe that we share one major thing in common — emotions.
